Okay, now that you have your text ready, you need to put it into a document and format it. To do this, we are going to use another free Google service called "Google Docs".
If you do not have an account with Google Docs, you should definitely go to the website and get one.
TIP: If you have a Gmail Id, you can use the same details to log in. No sign-up required.
Okay, so once you have created your account with Google Docs and have successfully logged in, the next step is to create a document. You can do this by going to “New” & and then selecting the type of document you want to create.

Once the new document opens up, you can just “copy” text from the Google Transliteration Service shown in the previous step & “paste” it into Google Docs. It should display perfectly.
Here is an example of a Hindi spreadsheet created using Google Docs and the Google Transliteration service.

Now, once your document is created, you can download it by clicking on…
File > Download as > PDF
NOTE: Just in case, the PDF does not display correctly, you can try.. File > Download as > HTML.
You are done! You have successfully created your Hindi, Marathi, Telegu, Gujarti etc. document. You can now attach it and send it to friends, family, business associates etc.
